Marching Band Sign-up Night
Monday, June 8th at 7:00 p.m.
PHS East Cafeteria
Sign-up night is mandatory for all marching band students
and one parent/guardian. Both returning students and new
students and one parent/guardian are required to attend.
This includes band front students/parents.
Please come prepared with the following information for data
cards and the Student Health Form:

Home and cell phone #s for student and
parents

Email addresses for student and parents
-
Emergency contact(s) and phone #s

Health insurance information (insurance
company name, policy holder and policy number)
-
Information about medications, allergies
-
Whether tetanus shot is current within 6
years
You are also encouraged to join the Pennsbury Instrumental
Music Boosters organization ($10 registration for entire
school year).
Following the sign-up, parents and students will attend a
meeting to learn more about the marching band, schedule,
uniforms, band camp, etc.
